I am a certified traditional Reiki Master in New York City. Practicing since January 2020, Reiki gave me a way to explore my sensitivity.

Upon completing Reiki III, I received training in hand positions, breathing techniques, and meditations to enhance sessions. I learned nuanced applications of the practice, such as remote facilitation, energetic chelation, and home clearing/blessing. I have held space for a variety of clients’ concerns, including anxiety and physical challenges. Becoming attuned to Reiki through my teacher, it is the foundation for all of my energy work. Reiki is pure, potent Love. I weave this peaceful energy into all aspects of my days, endlessly seeking ways to embody it more. Reiki sessions on myself and others speed up healing on all levels, and they open the mind and body to deeper intuition and positive mystical experiences.

I have been exploring Light Language since I began my painting practice 10 years ago. Reviewing my work, I feel the modality present in all aspects of my portfolio. Tapping the energy during a creative act (such as painting or taking photos) leaves behind a celestial footprint. The works become permanently altered and help us connect with the soft embrace of higher intelligence. Light Language can apply to any form of creativity. Today I enjoy translating these loving vibrations into speech, hand gestures, and symbols. Receiving Light Language is an opportunity to move through blockages and enjoy fresh inspiration.

Tarot has been part of my life for 6 years. It helps me see what Spirit is reflecting back to me about my timeline. The cards weave complex narratives and give opportunities to resonate with universal intelligence.

Session formats depend on the client. My healing art is like my 2D mixed-media art. I intuitively reach for diverse materials and methods.

Most of my inspiration comes from nature, music, and play. Nature is the purest manifestation of Spirit and gives me many messages. Music and dance are languages of my soul, too.

Energy is color. I see pulsing vibrations. Electricity swarms the area around my hands. The heart becomes an explosion.
